General

Rent can be paid through our online portal via bank transfer or credit card, or by check or money order. No cash accepted.

Yes, with liability coverage of at least $300,000.

Valid government-issued photo ID, including: 

  • State-issued driver’s license or ID card 
  • U.S. passport or passport card 
  • U.S. CIS Form I-551 permanent resident card 
  •  Valid foreign passport (for non-U.S. citizens) 

A background screening will be completed on all applicants to verify credit worthiness. The rental score is determined from an analysis of information found in each applicant's consumer credit report, application and previous rental history. The consumer credit report may include payment history, bankruptcies, number and type of accounts, collection activity, outstanding debt and credit inquiries. 

Rental Criteria

To rent one of our homes, every applicant must meet certain requirements including, age requirements, pass background, criminal, and credit screenings, and provide valid identification and proof of income. Please continue to read the questions in this section for more information on our rental requirements.

There is no set minimum, but lower credit scores may require a guarantor.

Leasing

Lease terms typically start at 12 months, with shorter or longer options varying by community.
